The dial is set in an ultra-thin gold-plated case and framed by a perfectly round gold tone stainless steel bezel with streamlined elongated lugs. It presents on a soft black calf skin strap that fastens with a buckle closure. This watch features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and Swiss quartz movement. Water-resistant to 100 feet, it can be worn while swimming or poolside diving, but it should not be worn while scuba diving.

This watch was just as shown in the picture, thin, sleek and very comfortable. I wouldn’t typically do a review but I was very impressed with Amazon as the purchasing agent b/c the watch was originally lost in the mail. While it meant it took longer to get, Amazon kept updating me on tracking of it and then sent out a new one at no charge.
That was definately the right thing to do from a customer service standpoint but I know of other online companies that would have made it much more frustrating and difficult to get the product so I am very pleased with Amazon and would definately purchase from them again :)

I received this GORGEOUS watch for my 50th Birthday. I already had an expensive gold watch and wanted something less pretentious, but beautiful, sassy and unusual. This gets perfect marks for those reasons. My only complaint (be it a small one) is I find it difficult to get the clasp through the very small opening…could just be my eyesight is going…now that I’m of a certain age.

 bought this for my girl friend and she was totally thrilled to receive this as a gift :) Not only did the watch impress her but her friends and family was impressed too. So if you are looking for some gift that really creates a BIG impression then this is the watch you are looking for… I don’t need to talk about how beautiful the watch is and Movado and quality of product etc. etc. N yea Amazon was prompt with delivery and the watch comes with the manufacturer’s warranty
