This open-faced pocket watch measures 42mm in diameter (1.65 inches), and it features a hand-wound mechanical movement and a skeletonized view into the watch’s timing movement through the front and the back. The skeleton view on the front is framed by a white dial with a full Roman numeral display, small minute indexes, and three-handed movement. The window on the back of the watch is framed by the silver-tone case, which is engraved with a repeating Invicta logo design. It’s completed by a 14.5-inch silver-tone chain. It also features a scratch-resistant mineral crystal and water resistance to 30 meters (100 feet)–enabling it to withstand splashes and accidental dunks into the water, but not suitable for swimming.

I just purchased one of these as a gift for the best man at my wedding. The watch arrived in perfect condition and works quite well. The provided product photo doesn’t show the backside of the watch, though, so be sure to pay attention to the description that’s been provided on the page. There isn’t really any place to engrave any kind of personalized message, but I suppose the uniqueness of the watch’s design more than makes up for it. Truly a timeless gift (no pun intended)!

The watch is a large, I personally love big watches so I am happy. If you want a watch with unique personality this is it.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for christmas. I loved the elegant face and the band and the size. Plus the price was incredibly reasonable! It was shipped to me quickly - I got it almost a week before I expected it - and it looks as good in person as in the picture. The only thing that I don’t like is the roman numerals on the face. I like the idea of roman numerals, but the watch shows “4″ as “IIII” when it should be “IV.” But so far, no one but me has noticed this and my boyfriend loves the watch!
